  1. The light affects a group of cells called mast cells at a cellular level. The light causes these cells to release other cellular products. These products have the effect of dilating (or opening up) skin capillary blood vessels. The dilation of these blood vessels leads to an increase in blood flow. Clinical efficacy  

In a recent clinical study using Omnilux Smooth & Revive 91% of volunteers reported visible changes to their skin indicating that even 5 weeks after the last treatment there was still a positive effect on the evaluation criteria. 64% reported a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles and a perception of softer skin and 68% reported smoother skin the therapy was well tolerated and there were no reported side effects. No pain was encountered during the treatment regime and there were no reported side effects such as erythema and swelling.

How does it work?
